Roads to Avoid in Corwall
Road improvement projects have reduced traffic congestion in Cornwall’s major routes to and from the heart of England. There are, however, still roads that continue to experience traffic delays during peak times.
Due to roadworks, eastbound motorists driving along the A30 road from Penzance going towards Honiton, as well as A3047 Redruth East and A390, can experience traffic delays of about 10 minutes. Similarly, westbound motorists can experience delays from Honiton towards Penzance. These traffic disruptions are expected to continue until March 2011.
Heavy traffic congestions are also observed during peak times along A387 Hessenford, A3073 King’s Hill, B3274 Talskiddy, and B3254 Callington Road.
